Pullman Lombok Merujani Mandalika Beach Resort

Breakfast, friendliness, and service were all excellent, living up to the Pullman name. However, the facility management was somewhat disappointing. The room had a broken table, dark stains on the sofa chair, and the pillow smelled strongly of sweat from the previous guest, so we had to replace it. There was a leak in the ceiling, and some water had run down the wall in the hallway, leaving a small amount of water on the floor. There's no other place near Kuta that can replace this place, so I'll likely stay here again, but it needs some improvement. Still, I was overall satisfied.
