we loveeedddd our stay here! everyone was so nice from the front desk, to the housekeeping and kitchen staffs. all so friendly. room was huge. view was amazing. will definitely come again!

This hotel offers a great stay with an amazing breakfast. They provide a shuttle bus service to the town area. However, the beach here is not as nice as Gili Meno, for instance, and the Tanjung Aan area, which is supposed to have beautiful white sand beaches, has been deteriorated. I recommend this hotel for a staycation, but it is definitely not an ideal spot for a beach holiday.

An unforgettable stay at an exceptional hotel! The hospitality was truly remarkable, with breathtaking views from the property. A huge thank you to Haris for his kindness and attentiveness by the pool, and to Zomi for their professionalism and the excellent service at the restaurant. The private chauffeur service for exploring the island was a real plus. The evening beach bonfire was a delightful touch. The only minor drawback was the noise from the service trolleys in the corridors in the morning. We highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel has a private beach and is one of the best hotels in that area. The breakfast is pretty good with lots of variety. The hotel has a great pool facing the beach.
Only thing that needs to be improved is the clean-up time. There was once when we asked our room to be cleaned but when we got back, it had not been cleaned yet.
The staff in the restaurant are kind and friendly!

Excellent service by check in counter Alang who made our check in a breeze.
Also not forgetting the pool side bar and breakfast area Mr. Kabul who was engaging and attentive 💯
The location is pretty far from Kuta area which you will need a vehicle to get there.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and have a pleasant layout, although the cleanliness could be improved, as there were some cobwebs and marks on the walls. The air conditioning was malfunctioning and intermittently stopped working. The pool is wonderful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We extended our stay by an additional night but changed rooms due to the air conditioning problem. It is quite expensive considering the location; however, if you can find a good deal, it is worthwhile. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to the center and provide free daily activities. I found their restaurant to be quite expensive, double the cost of similar meals in town, which is unfortunate as we would have eaten there if it were more reasonably priced.

The room is very big and spotless, big bathroom. The restaurant is also good, the breakfast has a great variety. Kids friendly, there are many activities for kid, teen and adult.
